"The tradition in my family was not to cut the vines in a natural way. They use a chemical way and I don't use any chemical products for the vines. I'm not very rebellious, but the fact that I bought this vineyard - it's a strong act. I say to my father 'I don't want to go with you, I don't want to obey. I want to make my own wine. Mylène grew up in Corbières, close to where she now maintains her vineyards. Although her beginnings in the vineyard were not easy, she managed to successfully produce several vintages and different wines that reflect the particular climate of the region and the complexity of her terroir.  She has never used artificial products to take care of her vines, and has always worked according to biodynamic principles.
