All the brewery's beers are pure malt, unfiltered, unpasteurized and refermented inbottles. They have a light deposit guaranteeing their stability.
THE CIDERS from Eric Bordelet.
After a long apprenticeship with some of the greatest names in the restaurant business and the world of wine, former sommelier, Eric Bordelet, took over the family business in 1992. The property, located in southern Normandy, consists of 23 hectares of certified organic cider apple, perry and corme orchards.
