A collaboration between Cantillon, a well-known Belgian traditional family brewery, and Cantina Giardino, a winery from Irpinia on the hills of Campania.
Drogone Lambic beer: 3 years old Lambic macerated for 10 weeks with 300 kg of Aglianico grape vinacce from Cantina Giardino.
Drogone 2018: 100% Aglianico, a typical rustic red wine from Campania. 60 days maceration in old barrels with 12 months ageing - half in barrels and half in stainless steel tanks.
