Fabienne et Jean-Louis Mann
The estate ruled by Jean-Louis and Fabienne Mann is located in Eguisheim, Alsace. Both of them are from winemaking families, gathering the plots to create this 12-hectare estate. This particular situation allows them to farm on very different soils and cultivate a large variety of grapes. All these grapes are carefully grown with respect to biodynamic principles and hand harvested. Mostly focusing on whites and sparklings, the Mann estate still produces the only red grape variety allowed in Alsace: the Pinot Noir.
"There's no such pleasure than bottling the grapes you've farmed" - Jean-Louis Mann
