One of the cultiest of cult wines. iconic and highly-sought after Jean-Francois Ganevat, known as Fanfan, is from a line of vignerons dating back to the 17th century. He worked in Burgundy before returning to his family estate at Rotalier in the Jura. There, he converted to biodynamics and began creating wines of awesome quality. As well as his own vineyards he also buys from local organic growers, as well as sourcing from Friends across France.
