NOTES From 15 years-old vines, its names refers to the legendary race of the Mont-Blanc Massif. After the manual harvest, the vinification is traditional without yeasting and the fermentation lasts more than 4 months. Malolactic fermentation occurs spontaneously. Creamy and bright, with green apple, white melon and vanilla.
