Join us in a gastronomic journey and unusual pairing which combines Cantonese haute cuisine with Vin Jaune wines and beyond.
Nothing speaks of autumn in Hong Kong more than hairy crab. Known as the Chinese mitten crab, thanks to its furry claws, this prized delicacy is mostly eaten for its rich and creamy roe. Vin Jaune, literally yellow wine, is a unique and extraordinary wine from the Jura region in eastern France. Made from the evaporation of the Savagnin grape white wine, under a flor of yeast over six years in barrel.
We will take these two delicacies from the two opposite of the world and bring them to the same table.
Wednesday 23rd of November, 7.30pm. One night only at Kin’s Kitchen.
The ticket includes service charge. The Menu is a tailor-made 8 courses menu, which includes 2 hairy crabs x person. The wine pairing includes a tasting of 3 different Vin de Voile, with a welcome drink, a white and a red.
