Alexandre Bain and his wife aim to produce authentic and natural wines which bear the winemaker’s signature. Their choice is to work in the vineyard, far from technological processes and artificial winemaking. By doing this, they wish to produce wines that are the true expression of their terroir - wines that reflect the climate, the quality of the soils and the skills of a winemaker. What matters the most to them is to preserve the vine ecosystem, from the soil to the fertilization, to enable the fruit to grow naturally, and to constantly work with respect for the environment.
