That's a three-generation business that Philippe Valette took over almost 20 years ago. The 15-hectare estate, farmed organically for a long time, is located between Chaintré and Vinzelles. What makes Domaine Valette wines particular is the long ageing period they go through before bottling. Wines age for up to 72 months on lees in casks. The domaine produces very complex, well-balanced and striking wines.
