Mas Foulaquier

Languedoc-Roussillon, France

"We are not trying to maximise the extraction's volume, but the fruits' taste and delicacy." - Pierre Jéquier

The Pic Saint Loup is a so-believed 1000-year-old village of the Languedoc-Roussillon region, successively hosting farms, sheepfolds and now, vineyards. Pierre Jéquier, a Swiss architect, bought the Foulaquier estate in 1998, working the soils naturally from the beginning. Vines and cellar are free from artificial products and chemicals. Their wines are powerful, fruity, and highly drinkable.
