Tim Webber, a former chef, and Monique Millton, daughter of biodynamic grape growers, set out in the search for a farm of their own in 2016. After visiting numerous sites, they found what they were looking for in Forest Range, between the Basket Range and Lenswood. They have since transformed their property into an organic entity, their approach being to work with nature and to do something good for the planet. This is why the production of organic wines is their number one priority, and to many, their names are now synonymous with natural winemaking.
