COUNTRY Normandie, France
VARIETY Apple
NOTES "L'Argelette", the name given to the schistose stones, is a complex cuvée composed of the maximum number of varieties. It comes from old apple trees that are more than a hundred years old. With aromas of apples, lemon and spices, this cider is more vinous and powerful than the previous cuvées. The palate is lively and elegant, with a fine bubble. With a good balance and great length, this cider will gain in complexity with a few years of ageing.
